COMPASS is a consulting and research company, founded in 2005, with focus on destination management, applied research, strategy consulting, marketing and training. The customers of COMPASS come mostly from the areas tourism, leisure and mobility.
Ethical principles of research and data processing are guaranteed by COMPASS (based on the guideline of „ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice“). Due to the close connection with the Cologne Business School (CBS), a renowned private college, COMPASS is bound to the general code of conduct of a research institute.
